The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Virginia Contracting Authority (VCA), is seeking information on businesses with expertise in Customer Experience with a focus on Human-Centered Design. 

The Department of Defense seeks an advanced kit to enable cybersecurity threat hunting, incident response, forensics/reverse engineering of malware, and telemetry collection (endpoint and/or network) operations in sometimes uncontrolled or assumed-compromised networks.

In support of DISA’s ongoing effort to create a new Blockchain as a service offering for its mission partners, DISA is conducting market research to ensure a better understanding of the capabilities available in the market place relevant to a Blockchain as a service offering which could be deployed on Z systems.

The purpose of this announcement is to inform interested parties of (1) topic details, (2) the structure of the Commercial and Economic Research and Innovation (CERI) program, and (3) the timetable for the submission of white papers and proposals.

Army research must encompass new ways to expedite the discovery, design, and scale-up of new materials and concepts which when integrated into newly designed weapons components (e.g. additively manufactured high strength steels with pre-formed fragmentation patterns and structural reactive materials) developed at ARL and across the Army and DoD communities, will deliver decisive weapons overmatch.

On October 20, the Air Force Research Laboratory issued information about its upcoming 2021 C4ISR and Cyberspace SCFs Independent Research and Development Technology Interchange Meetings. Expressions of interest are due by 3:00 p.m. Eastern on November 23, according to SAM.
