Industry day will be held virtually on 5 November 2020 from 9 a.m-11 a.m. Anyone interested in attending must follow the instructions in the link below: Microsoft Teams platform. This link is open to the public. As long as you have the link, you do not have to sign in. The Government intends to record the meeting and will make it available for anyone not able to participate in the Industry day event. The Government intends to have one on one sessions. Information is provided below: Eight (8) one-on-one sessions are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Government will assign specific time slots in order of receipt request. One-on-one sessions will last for 1 hour (30 minutes for vendor presentation, 15 minutes for questions, and 15 minutes for the Government to respond). Note that all non-proprietary questions and answers will be made publically available on sam.gov after industry day. For the one-on-ones, participants must establish Microsoft TEAMS accounts (Microsoft Accounts), and below is the link that will allow you to sign up: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/microsoft-teams/group-chat-software Once your account is established, please send your account to Eric Flug at eric.a.flug.civ@mail.mil and Donnell Harrison donnell.l.harrison.ctr@mail.mil so a private invite can be sent by the Government. To control the process, you will be added to a waiting room, and the Government will admit individually. There will be a limit of 5 vendor members for each one-on-one for this virtual session. Mr. Flug and Mr. Harrison are your contact points for any technical issues or questions that may arise with getting set up for this event.
