Description

The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Virginia Contracting Authority (VCA), is seeking information on businesses with expertise in Customer Experience with a focus on Human-Centered Design. 

Holistically, the Customer Experience (CX) Team efforts to stand up a Customer Experience Program to cultivate the Chief Information Office (CIO) culture to become customer-centric and enable proactive operations through a repeatable CX driven approach and framework by supporting increased communication, collaboration, and transparency with mission partners: understand mission partner perspectives, needs, and priorities to design, deliver and measure an elevated customer experience; build an enduring, repeatable CX framework and approach to foster customer trust, collaboration, and transparency; design, and implement improved experience; and equip the workforce with customer-centric behaviors and principles.
