Attached is the Army Research Office most recent list of topics, pre-released last Friday, April 20th. There are 25 topics this year and ARO will invest ~$1.3M on each of the topics. You can find the details at https://sbir.defensebusiness.org/.
The “pre-release” period is usually 4-5 weeks of time for businesses/universities to ask questions/clarifications direct to the Army topic authors. Questions and answers are hosted on public website so keep in mind that any sensitive questions related to your idea/product would be shared on this public site, as well.
