Ms. Patricia “Anne” Bannister is the Director, Small Business Program, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Headquarters (HQ) in Washington, DC. She has overall responsibility for the effective management and operations of the NAVSEA Small Business Program at HQ and the Commands 21 field activities.

Ms. Kimberly Vallone is the Deputy Director, Small Business Program Office, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA Headquarters Office in Washington, DC). Ms. Vallone provides enterprise-wide technical expertise as NAVSEA’s Small Business Subcontracting Program Manager.
