Description

The Department of Defense’s Prototypes and Experiments office will conduct a Solutions Meeting on behalf of the Air Force Warfighter Integration Center (AFWIC) and the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) in Late Spring 2021, which will be conducted virtually. The meeting will provide selected innovative companies with an opportunity to make short technical presentations to government representatives about their technologies and products. There is a potential for companies to be selected for pilot projects or experimentation if their technology appears to match the needs below.

The 711th Human Performance Wing of AFRL in collaboration with the Disruptive Technologies Team at AFWIC are looking for technologies in the following areas to support Agility Operations through just-in-time training technologies that promote warfighter adaptability to support multi-mission operational requirements in austere environments:

Companies interested in participating in the Solutions Meeting should submit one (1) application to RRTO Innovation via e-mail to osd.pentagon.ousd-atl.mbx.rrto-innovation@mail.mil. Only 1 application is permitted per company, NOT 1 application per topic area or company business unit.

The following information is required in the application. All application information should only be contained in the body of the email. No attachments are allowed.

1. Email subject line “Just-In-Time Multi-Mission Warfighter Application”

2. Company name

3. Website address

4. POC, email, phone number and an alternate POC if desired

5. A succinct description (100 words or less in length) of the one technology that the company plans to discuss if they are selected to present at the Solutions Meeting. This description should be about the technology/capability and should not include a description of the company.

6. Select the one technology area of the six bolded technology areas above that your technology BEST fits. Do not list multiple technology areas.

All applications must be received on or before 5:00 PM EST, January 26, 2021. Submission of an application does not guarantee an invitation to the Solutions Meeting. Selected companies are responsible for their travel and all other expenses associated with participation in the Just-In-Time Multi-Mission Warfighter Solutions Meeting
