Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) Industry Open House

If you haven't seen, or heard, The Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) is hosting an Industry Open House on 12 June 2019, as a means of introducing the new leadership, mission focus, and construct of the RCCTO. Information will be provided on the Army's planned timeline, structure and opportunities in developing a hypersonic prototype and directed energy capabilities.  Representatives from across the Army modernization community will be on hand to discuss the path forward in expediting the delivery of these critical modernization priorities.

 

This Open House will take place on 12 June 2019 in Huntsville, AL at The Jackson Center, 6001 Moquin Drive, Huntsville, AL 35806.

All persons who wish to attend the Open House must register no later than 5:00 p.m. CDT on 6 June 2019. Registration is available at this link: https://einvitations.afit.edu/inv/anim.cfm?i=453784&k=0664410E7353. There is no fee to attend; however, registration is mandatory. In order to allow as many participants as possible, registration is limited to no more than four (4) representatives per company, and will be accepted on a first come, first served basis until capacity is reached.

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Sign-in will begin promptly at 7:30 a.m. CDT. Presentation will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. CDT and end at 12:00 p.m. CDT. One-on-one sessions will be conducted beginning at 1:30 p.m. CDT.

 

Questions can be submitted in advance either through the invitation website or via email to Paul Kemp at paul.a.kemp5.civ@mail.mil. All submissions shall be clearly marked ‘Question(s) for Army RCCTO Industry Open House 2019'. The Government does not intend to publish any questions or comments received as a result of this announcement. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.

 

Industry can also register by 6 June 2019 for a one-on-one session with the Hypersonic or Directed Energy project teams through the invitation website or by sending an unencrypted email to paul.a.kemp5.civ@mail.mil. The email subject shall contain ‘Army RCCTO Industry Open House One-on-One Session Registration'. Availability is limited and requests will be accepted on a first come, first served basis until the schedule is filled
