The NC Department of Information Technology is hosting a two-day virtual (free) Cybersecurity Awareness Symposium on October 6th and 7th.
The event is aimed at state and local government agencies as well as academic institutions but features speakers from several commercial Cyber companies.
You will hear from KnowBe4, VMware, Amazon Web Services, IronNet, Microsoft, Splunk, and CISA, UNCW’s Cybersecurity Workforce Development in Southeast NC , and How to Build a Resilient Cybersecurity Program (CMMC).
Other topics include ransomware attacks, zero trust architecture, and threat intelligence.
