- New BAA N00014-23-S-B003, Science and Technology for Advanced Manufacturing Projects (STAMP) was released this week. Summary Description: ONR is interested in receiving proposals for Science and Technology for Advanced Manufacturing Projects that offer the potential for advancement and improvement of military operations in areas that address the focus areas of the ManTech Program and the Manufacturing Innovation Institutes (MIIs). The focus of this BAA is primarily on projects that continue to advance the systems engineering approach needed for the design, fabrication, and manufacture of structural components to address challenges in system weight, performance, affordability and/or survivability. On Page 19 of the announcement there is a section entitled, “Facilitating Subcontracting Arrangements” that encourages small business to participate in an external website for those interested in subcontracting opportunities. And yes, you can also submit a white paper or proposal for prime contracting opportunities. This BAA will be open for one year for receipt of proposals.
