Description :

On October 5, the Army Futures Command posted an invitation for the Project Convergence 22 Industry Update meeting, scheduled to take place at 1:00 p.m. Central on October 21. Registration closes at 5:00 p.m. Central on October 15.

 Army Futures Command is taking the opportunity to engage more frequently with industry partners: “Please consider joining us 21 October at 1:00 pm CST to get up to date on Project Convergence. Our action officers will use the opportunity to detail ongoing and upcoming efforts, while you can use the opportunity to see where you can help.”

 Project Convergence is the Army’s campaign of learning organized around a continuous, structured series of demonstrations and experiments to advance and integrate our Army’s contributions to the Joint Force. It leverages artificial intelligence, robotics, and autonomy to accelerate tactical behaviors (find, fix, finish), because whoever can see, understand, and act first will win.

 Project Convergence will:

1) experiment with how technology may allow us to accomplish Multi-Domain (MDO) concepts and how the Combined and Joint Force can solve operational and tactical problems through the application of Combined, Joint All Domain Operations (CJADO);

2) include UK and Australian Army participation;

3) include a DIV HQ(-) or BDE HQ (+) in a CTC-like rotation at the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, California, with Opposing Forces (OPFOR) as well as White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico;

4) include Multi-Domain Task Force (MDTF) participation which allows for continued development of organization and material;

5) showcase Army, Joint, and Multi-national Allies’ emerging interoperability, technologies, and their contribution to future operations; and

6) demonstrate technologies in a D/DIL electromagnetic spectrum and CJADO capabilities in a contested environment.

 Topics for the Project Convergence Industry Round Table:

1. Project Convergence 22 Use Case/Capabilities Required Update
